Job Description
You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the PAC-3 International Manufacturing Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for reviewing, redacting, and releasing Manufacturing Data Package (MDP) elements, as well as coordinating the ordering, fabrication, and delivery of specialized equipment to support international offset programs.
What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to offset companies, expatriates, and foreign nationals to ensure successful completion of our contracts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, acquire, and deploy manufacturing equipment and tooling, and provide timely problem resolution to offset companies.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the identification, acquisition, installation, and deployment of manufacturing equipment and tooling
• Providing technical guidance and problem resolution to offset companies regarding tooling, work instructions, and manufacturing processes
• Collaborating with other disciplines, including Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Global Supply Chain
Developing Data Packages, ensuring tools and equipment are ordered and delivered, and preparing in-country suppliers for production
• Documenting preparation prior to export, production line validation, and other manufacturing-related tasks

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering
• Ability to obtain a Security clearance; an Interim Secret clearance is required to start.
• SAP Experience
• Ability to interpret drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, product/performance specifications and other systems integration technical data.
Desired skills
• Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
• Experience interfacing with customers, international suppliers and program personnel on manufacturing related issues.
• Windchill / DMATS / Creo 4.
• Experience manufacturing machined parts, electro-mechanical assemblies and/or wire harnesses.
• Familiarity with Polish language, writing, reading and speaking.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills including verbal, listening, technical writing and presentations.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
