Position Summary

We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to drive smarter, leaner, and more efficient production systems. You’ll lead process improvements, support PPAP documentation, and collaborate on product design to boost manufacturability and reduce costs. Preferred Qualifications

  • CNC and machining process experience
  • Lean manufacturing and change management know-how
  • Strong data analysis and process optimization skills
  • Supplier and subcontractor coordination experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 5–6 years in manufacturing or process engineering
  • Solid background in design, development, and specification
  • Experience with project scheduling, costing, and budgeting

Position Overview

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

  • Design and refine manufacturing systems and equipment
  • Support FTF measurement and PPAP documentation
  • Improve product manufacturability with design teams
  • Lead inspections and recommend engineering improvements
  • Analyze data to enhance processes and reduce waste
  • Manage small-scale projects and supplier coordination
  • Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance
  • Share knowledge and support continuous learning
