Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems
  • Support Floor-to-Floor (FTF) measurement and PPAP documentation
  • Collaborate with designers to optimize product manufacturability
  • Conduct engineering inspections and recommend improvements
  • Analyze data and identify process enhancements
  • Manage small-scale projects within established frameworks
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers under contract plans
  • Contribute to product development and internal client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Support knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives

💡 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 5–6 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
  • Strong skills in engineering design, development, and specification
  • Experience in project scheduling, costing, and budgeting
  • Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance
  • Familiarity with lean principles and change management tools
  • CNC , Machining process experience
