Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems
- Support Floor-to-Floor (FTF) measurement and PPAP documentation
- Collaborate with designers to optimize product manufacturability
- Conduct engineering inspections and recommend improvements
- Analyze data and identify process enhancements
- Manage small-scale projects within established frameworks
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers under contract plans
- Contribute to product development and internal client relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Support knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives
💡 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5–6 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
- Strong skills in engineering design, development, and specification
- Experience in project scheduling, costing, and budgeting
- Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance
- Familiarity with lean principles and change management tools
- CNC , Machining process experience
