What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide hands-on process engineering support on the production floor a minimum 50% of time. Estimate costs. Develop, improve and implement manufacturing processes required in the manufacture of all products, improving the efficiencies of individual operations and the facility as a whole. Assist tryout and development of associated new tooling projects and develop sustainable, repeatable processes that produce at maximum rates with minimum scrap.

Schedule: This exempt-level role will primarily work eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs and will primarily be day-time hours but may occasionally work or travel nights or weekends as needed.

The performance of the position requires exposure to typical office areas and manufacturing areas that require the use of personal protective equipment such as steel toed shoes, safety glasses with side shields and hearing protection. The employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts. Temperature of work area may be affected by outside temperatures and machining. The employee is occasionally exposed to odors, airborne particles, and vibration. The noise level in the manufacturing area is usually loud. Domestic and international travel may be required.
