What You’ll Do:

Lead scientific injection molding initiatives — RJG or Paulson experience preferred
Standardize and enforce molding processes using setup sheets and data-driven methods
Train and mentor Supervisors and Setup Technicians to elevate floor performance
Troubleshoot issues such as splay, cycle time, and tooling challenges
Implement automation and LEAN principles to improve flow and reduce waste
Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Tooling, and Production teams
Drive change even when facing resistance — because doing it right matters

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on plastic injection molding experience
RJG Master Molder, Paulson, or equivalent scientific molding certification preferred
Undergraduate Degree Preferred (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
Strong experience with process documentation, troubleshooting, and optimization
Comfort with ERP systems (DELMIAWorks/IQMS is a plus)
Proficiency with LEAN, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
Excellent communication, delegation, and leadership skills
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
