What You’ll Do
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and streamlining our manufacturing processes. Your expertise in lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and achieving higher levels of productivity and cost-effectiveness. You will focus on analyzing production requirements, developing efficient workflows, implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, and optimizing machine utilization. You’ll excel at identifying bottlenecks, eliminating waste, and ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will enable you to drive projects forward and achieve shared goals. Role Responsibilities:
Interface with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of new products
Estimate manufacturing costs
Determine time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements
Develop design methods and parameters, project methodology and/or project proposals
Develop and use test procedures
Participate in the preparation of concept and feasibility studies
Gather operational and test data and evaluates results
Evaluate work methods, procedures and policies
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
Legally authorized to work in the United State without future sponsorship needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship or related field experience
Demonstrated leadership experience
Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
Flexible and adaptable mindset who thrives in a results-driven culture

$65,500.00 - $90,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
