Job Description
Being a Manufacturing Engineer Manager is responsible for the development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process. Reviews, evaluates and implements engineering changes and specification requirements. Effective leadership with a team working with multiple areas.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency
• Ensures the engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively
• Development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process
• Reviews, evaluates and implements engineering changes and specifications requirements.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• 5 + years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
• Strong collaboration delivering exceptional business
• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Proven experience in meeting required Manufacturing Engineering goals
Strong dedication as a team player.
Salary: 90K - 125K DOE
