Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize injection molding processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on injection molding equipment and processes.
• Assist in the selection and qualification of new tooling and equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in injection molding technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in injection molding manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes, materials, and tooling.
• Proficient in engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with 5S principles is a plus.
