Job Overview:

PBC Linear is a leading manufacturer of linear motion systems, dedicated to delivering high-quality, precision-engineered solutions to our global customers. We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer (Level 2) to join our innovative team and help drive operational excellence in our production processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality in the production of linear motion products.
  • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide technical support to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product design, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with linear motion or precision components.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and a track record of implementing innovative solutions.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing systems; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

  • The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 105,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. PBC Linear considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
