Opportunity Overview

TekPro is partnering with a modern aerospace component manufacturer in Rochester that is expanding its engineering team. These are permanent, direct-hire roles in a new, state-of-the-art facility.

We are seeking two profiles:

1. CAD/CAM Manufacturing Engineer

Core requirement: Strong Mastercam programming background.

Focus areas:

• CNC programming and toolpath development

• Hands-on support for machining optimization

• Working closely with production, quality, and design teams to improve manufacturability

• Driving continuous improvements in cycle times, tooling, and process robustness

2. Process Engineer

Core requirement: Heavy ERP experience (preference for candidates who have owned or built workflows).

Focus areas:

• Routing creation, process documentation, and workflow standardization

• ERP system configuration, integration, and data accuracy

• Supporting production planning and ensuring process readiness

• Cross-functional coordination with engineering, quality, and operations teams
