As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be accountable for manufacturing, assembly, and overall supply chain readiness on new product development projects. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure best safety practices are followed, on-time delivery is met, and excellent quality is achieved.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading project teams to ensure new products can be made without defects, on time, and within the planned costs
  • Assisting New Product Development by conducting supply chain readiness assessments and design for manufacturability assessments
  • Identifying new manufacturing technology to improve cost and productivity
  • Driving cost out of existing targeted products to increase margin
  • Leading technology transfers to new manufacturing sites
  • Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
  • Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
  • Identifying and implementing automated manufacturing solutions

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Mechanical Engineering Preferred)
  • Have 2+ years’ experience in either supply chain, engineering, or project management

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 PM with a variation of before/after hours to meet the demands of business.
