POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for continuously improving the cost, productivity, safety and quality aspects of the business with principal focus in manufacturing operations. This is accomplished through Lean and operational excellence initiatives inclusive of developing improved processes, procedures and methods.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering related field
SKILL and KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Mostly an office environment with regular visits to the manufacturing floor. The noise levels in the work environment are usually moderate.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend and move about the facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
