Job Description

Job Summary: As an Automation Manufacturing Engineer, you will support, optimize, and improve automated sealing operations within coating and bonding manufacturing processes. This role requires hands-on experience with Fanuc automated sealing systems, process troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and improve automated sealing, coating, and bonding processes.

• Serve as the technical expert for Fanuc automated sealing equipment.

• Troubleshoot equipment, automation, and process issues to reduce downtime.

• Lead process improvements focused on quality, cycle time, uptime, and repeatability.

• Analyze production data and implement corrective actions.

• Support equipment commissioning, startup, validation, and process qualification.

• Assist with equipment installations, tooling changes, and process transfers.

• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Controls, and Quality teams.

Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of manufacturing engineering experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Fanuc automated sealing equipment.

• Experience with automated coating, sealing, bonding, or adhesive dispensing processes.

• Proven troubleshooting, process optimization, and root cause analysis skills.

• Experience supporting equipment launches, commissioning, and validation activities.
