We are seeking Manufacturing Engineers to join our growing team in Roseville, MN. Our Manufacturing Engineers will assess and convert quotes, prints, instructions, and information into detailed routings, data, and prints tailored for the production of precision metal fabrications or assemblies.

Responsibilities
- Develops, assesses, and enhances manufacturing methods and processes in a sheet metal fabrication setting.
- Review and calculate labor, material and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision making.
- Collaborates with account managers and production teams on product and tooling matters to optimize production efficiency.
- Engages with customers and vendors to determine product specifications and coordinate the procurement of tooling, materials, or parts.
- Works with management, engineering, and other internal departments to align manufacturing capabilities and production schedules, ensuring smooth production workflows.
- Utilizes statistical methods to forecast future manufacturing needs and potential
- Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of equipment for purchase, installation, and repair
- 2+ years of experience in a metals fabrication manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure - independently and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Lean certification and/or experience required
