What You’ll Do:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production processes, equipment layout, and material handling.

  • Recommend and implement smart solutions that reduce waste, enhance productivity, and improve product quality.

  • Support quality control efforts by aligning manufacturing practices with customer and contract requirements.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and operational excellence.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operational Management, or Manufacturing Engineering.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

  • Strong knowledge of production systems and process optimization.

  • An analytical thinker with solid communication and leadership skills.

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred)

  • Experience with Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping

  • Hands-on leadership of 5S or continuous improvement projects

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional lifting of 10–20 lbs; some heavier loads may apply
