Summary
As the technical leader, the manufacturing engineer is responsible for customer consultation/design of producible product as well as the development of the efficient methods with which to deliver them. This individual leads the respective design, methods development, and process improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field – Industrial, mechanical, electrical
Casting and Extrusion experience preferred.
0-5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
Skills
Proficient using Microsoft office suites (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-Point, etc.)
Solid Works, Auto Cad - design capability
Clear understanding of drawings, layouts, and GD&T
Critical thinking & decision making
Ability to analyze substantial amounts of information.
Competencies
Excellent command of basic leadership skills, able to set goals, work independently and with a team.
Clear command of lean and flow principles for low volume wide variety manufacturing
