Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Utilize lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Design tool and machines used to manufacture parts
Knowledge of sheetmetal/fabricaiton processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, materials, weldign, assembly methods and quality control standards.
Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.

Qualifications

SOLIDWORKS; 3-D SHEET METAL MODELING
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role or equivilant experience.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and techniques.
Experience with a ERP system (preferably JobBOSS)
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
