We are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI, 53224. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.

  • Utilize lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Design tool and machines used to manufacture parts

  • Knowledge of sheetmetal/fabricaiton processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, materials, weldign, assembly methods and quality control standards.

  • Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • SOLIDWORKS; 3-D SHEET METAL MODELING
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role or equivilant experience.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience with a ERP system (preferably JobBOSS)
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You should be proficient in:

  • Troubleshooting Skills
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM)

Machines & technologies you'll use:

  • 3D Modeling (Solidworks)
  • CAD Software (Solidworks)
  • ERP Software
