Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

You will leverage your manufacturing engineering experience and skills to lead the investigation and solution of challenging supply chain problems. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to the evaluation of the process to meet product specifications. Through collaboration with customers and cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive exceptional team outcomes. As a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will use your technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.

• Fabrication and Assembly Processes• Capital Acquisition• Automation, Digital Factory• Able to identify, plan and execute strategic projects• Interpret and Apply Product Specifications• Review quality output and coach team improvements• Collaborate with customers• Project Planning and Execution Oversight• Resource management in dynamic environment• Organic growth with productivity projects / factory optimization• Root cause problem solving and solution implementation

**YOU MUST HAVE

**

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Bachelor degree required.• 5 years of Industrial/Advanced/Manufacturing Engineering
