Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into production.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the facility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
