Join Our Innovation Team!

Are you ready to turn brilliant ideas into real-world manufacturing solutions? We are looking for a Manufacturing Design Engineer who can bridge the gap between concept and production — an innovative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a drive to deliver high-performance tooling and processes that push the boundaries of what’s possible in manufacturing.

What You'll Do

As a key player on our engineering team, you'll be responsible for developing and documenting manufacturing processes and designing the tooling that powers our production systems. You’ll work hands-on with groundbreaking technologies and partner with cross-functional teams to bring new products to life — from initial design to full-scale manufacturing.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Designing foundry tooling, core assembly fixtures, unloaders, gages, and processing fixtures
  • Creating CAE models for simulation and managing model databases
  • Overseeing design work with outside contractors and internal teams
  • Leading program management for new products and tooling
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production performance
  • Documenting every detail of our tooling and process designs
  • Acting as project manager on key equipment and tooling initiatives

What You Bring

We're looking for an engineer who’s not just technically strong, but also a confident communicator, a problem-solver, and a project leader who thrives on innovation.

Required skills and traits:

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in 2D and 3D modeling (SolidWorks experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Highly organized with excellent documentation and record-keeping habits
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
  • Experience managing projects and collaborating across all levels of an organization

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Engineering OR
  • BA degree + 5 years of relevant experience OR
  • 10+ years of mechanical design experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design

Why Join Us?

We offer more than a job — we offer a chance to be part of a company that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. You'll join a team that supports your professional growth while you help shape the future of manufacturing technology.

Be the engineer who makes a lasting impact.
