Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Manufacturing Carpenter to join our team in Conroe, TX, 77301. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, utilizing your carpentry skills to create high-quality wooden structures and components. Responsibilities

• Construct, assemble, and repair wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand tools and power tools.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
• Assist in the training of new carpentry staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in carpentry or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
