Role Summary

The R2 MES Digital Record Author independently manages digital record lifecycle activities and provides front-line support for MES execution. This role plays a key part in maintaining system integrity, supporting investigations, and improving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently author, update, and maintain MES digital records

  • Ensure compliance with MES standards, data integrity, and documentation requirements

  • Provide Level 1 troubleshooting support for MES-related issues

  • Participate in deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align records with manufacturing processes

  • Support onboarding and knowledge sharing with less experienced authors

Scope & Expectations

  • Works independently on standard assignments

  • Actively contributes to troubleshooting and issue resolution

  • Balances execution, support, and continuous improvement activities

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma and at least 2 years of experience.

OR

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or other technical degree (preferred).

QUALIFICATIONS: Required

  • Experience working with MES digital records

  • ​Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Excellent facilitation, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of integrated Manufacturing Execution Systems.

• Understanding of cGMP, and Process Automation System Life Cycle methodologies.

The salary range for this role is

$87,300.00 - $137,400.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
