Job Title: Blending Forklift Operator / General Laborer (Porter)

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Pay Rate: $19.68 - $22.62/hr

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Open Positions: 5

Job Overview:

We are hiring for Blending Forklift Operators and Material Handlers to join our production team. This position supports blending operations by moving materials, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently (forklift positions)

• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility

• Support blending operations and production flow

• Maintain cleanliness of production and warehouse areas

• Remove waste, pallets, and materials as needed

• Follow GMP, safety, and company procedures

• Assist with general labor duties as assigned

Pay & Shifts:

• 1st Shift Forklift Operator – $22.62/hr

• 2nd Shift Forklift Operator – $22.62/hr

• 1st Shift General Laborer (Porter) – $19.68/hr

• 2nd Shift General Laborer (Porter) – $19.68/hr

• 3rd Shift General Laborer (Porter) – $20.93/hr

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred

• Stand-up forklift experience required for forklift roles

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Must follow safety and GMP guidelines

• Steel toe boots required
