The purpose of this position is:- The Manufacturing/Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing/warehouse tasks which includes: Labeling and packaging product, ship material, inspecting, pulling orders, transporting, and sorting products in a warehouse environment.
This position includes significant duties such as:• Ensures all scheduled products are manufactured according to company procedures and cGMP’s to achieve customer satisfaction and conformance to company schedule/deadlines• Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures needed• Completes batch records in an accurate and timely manner following each days’ production
As a Manufacturing Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Performing all assembly and wafer production functions, including operations, equipment, process, and training.
Collecting and evaluating operating data to optimize processes and ensure smooth operations.
Running lots with a focus on quality and consistency.
Setting up equipment and processes for tool monitoring and production.
Managing improvement processes, troubleshooting non-standard events on the production line, and reviewing tool health and stability.
Understanding process specifications and utilizing factory systems to make informed decisions on production operations.
Preparing and delivering pass-down to the next shift using factory systems.
Familiarity with the training and certification process, striving for maximum certification within the required timeline.
Supporting engineering development activities during tool time.
Applying continuous improvement principles related to safety, quality, and lean initiatives.
