Express Employment Professionals is hiring Manufacturing Associates for a stable company in Sultan, WA with great benefits. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering steady hours with opportunities to cross-train and increase your pay on your schedule.

Shift Options

• Monday - Thursday
• 2:30 p.m. - 1 a.m.

What You'll Do

• Use sanding and grinding tools to smooth and finish metal parts.
• Remove burrs and clean up weld seams.
• Inspect parts for quality and defects.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Follow work instructions and production standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Location: Sultan, WA

Pay: $21 per hour

No grinding experience is required. Candidates with manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse, automotive, assembly, fabrication, landscaping, or other hands-on work experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, assembly, or other hands-on work experience.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a physical production environment.
