Manufacturing – Plastics Manufacturing Associate

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Rate: $19.26/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift

Duration: 9/21/2026 – 9/19/2027

Job Description:

• Operate 1–5 robotic plastic injection molding machines at a time.
• Perform visual inspection of plastic parts for quality defects.
• Package finished parts and inspect packaging materials.
• Operate automatic load/assembly machines.
• Identify and report quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow established manufacturing policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform basic math and computer-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Injection molding experience preferred.
• Experience handling small or delicate parts preferred.
• Medical/pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
