Job Title: Plastics Manufacturing Associate

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)

Job Description:

• Operate and monitor robotic plastic injection molding machines.

• Inspect plastic parts for defects and ensure product quality.

• Operate automated assembly equipment and package finished products.

• Identify and report quality issues.

• Maintain accurate production records and follow safety and quality procedures.

Requirements:

• Basic math and computer skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to handle small or delicate parts and monitor multiple machines.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

• Injection molding and medical/pharmaceutical manufacturing experience are a plus.
