Join a Growing Manufacturing Team

We're seeking dependable Manufacturing Associates to join a growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing or production experience who are looking to grow their skills in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Don't have direct chemical manufacturing experience? That's okay. If you've worked in manufacturing, production, food processing, industrial cleaning, machine operation, assembly, or another hands-on industrial environment, we encourage you to apply. We're looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

While direct chemical batch making experience is a major plus, it is not required. We are willing to train candidates with a solid manufacturing background, strong work history, and experience following production processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed production instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Measure, weigh, and prepare materials for production.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Stable work history with strong attendance and reliability.
• Experience working around chemicals, industrial cleaners, paints, coatings, food production, or similar materials is a plus.
• Machine operation experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable following detailed instructions, measurements, and production recipes.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
