Position Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Assembler with hands-on technical experience in at least one of the following: soldering, welding, or calibration, to join our C Shift team in Fairport, NY.

This role is designed for candidates with recent experience in a manufacturing or production environment working with tools, equipment, and technical assembly processes.

⚠️ Candidates must have at least ONE of the following: soldering, welding, or calibration experience in a manufacturing setting.

Shift Information

C Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Training will be conducted on A Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) for a minimum of 2 months before transitioning to C Shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electronic or mechanical assembly using hand tools and production equipment
  • Execute precision soldering, light welding, or calibration/testing tasks depending on assignment
  • Operate equipment such as hydraulic presses, drill presses, and welding machines
  • Conduct basic testing and calibration using measurement devices
  • Read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
  • Meet daily production targets while maintaining strict quality standards
  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

  • Hands-on experience in at least ONE of the following:- Soldering

    • Welding
    • Calibration or testing of components/equipment
  • Experience using hand tools and measurement instruments

  • Ability to follow standard work instructions and quality procedures

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven production environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple of the following: soldering, welding, calibration
  • Familiarity with IPC standards, testing equipment, or precision assembly
  • Blueprint or schematic reading
  • High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
