Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical and electrical assembly experience who take pride in precision work and building high-quality equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Available Shifts & Compensation

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $20/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM |$21/hr- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM |$21.50/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble machinery according to detailed electrical and mechanical specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics

• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and rulers

• Operate a variety of hand and power tools

• Follow job pick lists and production documentation accurately

• Set up jobs and select appropriate tools and equipment

• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and breakdown of equipment after testing

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED

• Manufacturing or machinery assembly experience required

• Ability to read and understand diagrams and wiring schematics

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
