Overview

We are seeking skilled Screw Machinists with 4+ recent years experience operating manual screw machines with multiple spindles for a 3 month contract onsite in Wisconsin.

Project Specs:

• 3 Month Duration onsite in WI
• Pay Rate $38/hr
• 50hrs/week GUARANTEED
• $45 per diem (tax-free), 7 days a week
• Private hotel accommodations (we handle the booking)
• Must have ITAR Documentation (Passport or Birth Certificate)
• Must pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating up to 3 Acme Gridley Automatic Screw Machines with 8 spindles
• Tolerance is from .0002” to .010” avg.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

• Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection tools.
