Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Manual Mill Operator to join our dynamic team in Anaheim, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating manual milling machines to produce precision parts and components. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual milling, drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking and counterboring to produce high-quality components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T at the assigned level specifications.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality standards.

• Perform independent machine setups and make necessary adjustments to maintain required tolerances.

• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Manual Mill Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Machinist Class A and Class B is a plus.
