Manual Machinist Requirements:

• 2+ Year of Manual Machining, Tool & Die, etc experience required
• Experience Operating Manual Lathes, Mills, or Other Machine Tools to make Large Parts required
• Experience with Building or Assembling Industrial Machinery preferred
• Shop Crane Operation experience preferred

Manual Machinist Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating manual machine tools to manufacture precision parts for custom industrial machinery
• Responsibilities include reading blueprints, operating manual lathes, mills, drill presses, and other conventional machine tools, machining parts to tight tolerances, performing quality inspections, and assisting with machine assembly as needed
• Work may involve shafts, rollers, bushings, bearing housings, machine frames, tooling, fixtures, prototype components, and other precision parts used in custom industrial machinery
