Manual Machinist

Hours: 6am-2:30pm, M-F

Overview

As a Manual Machinist, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating various manual machining equipment. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of machining tools and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
