2nd Shift:| 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday – Thursday)

About This Opportunity**

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is recruiting for a top-tier manufacturing facility in the Alliance / Youngstown, Ohio area for an experienced 2nd Shift Manual Machinist.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual machine tools—specifically Manual Mills, Lathes, Horizontal Boring Mills, and Planer Mills—to manufacture heavy-duty precision components.
• Read, interpret, and work directly from complex mechanical blueprints, engineering drawings, and job travelers.
• Perform independent, complex machine setups, including selecting correct tooling, speeds, feeds, and fixtures for low-volume or custom-run parts.
• Utilize precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and depth gauges) to inspect your own work and ensure all parts meet tight tolerances.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment longevity and workshop safety.

** Requirements**

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of dedicated experience operating horizontal boring mills, planer mills, and manual lathes in a job shop or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning andtolerancing (GD&T).
• Strong mechanical aptitude, autonomous problem-solving skills, and a commitment to workshop safety.
