Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual machining equipment, including lathes, planer ,and floor mills.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to produce precise parts.
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a Manual Machinist using large mills
• Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
