Responsibilities

Set up and operate manual machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce high-quality parts.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document production processes and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manual Machine Operator or similar role.
Strong understanding of machining processes and tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
