Responsibilities

Set up and operate manual lathes to manufacture parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of finished products.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on lathes to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Manual Lathe Operator or similar role.
Strong manual machining skills and knowledge of machining processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is a plus.
