We’re looking for a highly skilled Manual Lathe Machinist to join our precision machining team in a bright, fully air-conditioned facility.
This is not a training position — applicants must be fully capable of setting up and operating manual lathes independently and producing high-accuracy parts from start to finish.
Minimum five years of recent, hands-on manual lathe setup and machining experience in a job-shop, toolroom, repair, or short-run precision environment.
Strong ability to read, interpret, and machine directly from blueprints.
Proven experience holding tight tolerances to ±.0005" on steel components.
Skilled in using dial indicators, bore gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
Competent with optical comparators for checking and confirming work.
Solid understanding of concentricity, parallelism, and precision finishing.
Thorough attention to detail, quality control, and inspection documentation.
Comfortable adapting to short-run, ever-changing part geometries — almost every job is unique.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English (Polish, Bulgarian, and Spanish also spoken here).
Full benefits package, including 401(k), vacation pay, and medical (for full-time employees).
Air-conditioned facility with a respectful, experienced team.
Full-time or part-time opportunities available.
If you take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and quality — and have the experience to back it up — we’d like to hear from you.
