Responsibilities:
Provide guidance of material continuity, qualifications, and test requirements for sustaining products; provide leadership and drive test execution and shift-left
Globally support test escalated issues; provide technical leadership on critical issue debug and triage support for products in Mass Production
Initiate Engineering Investigation and Change Orders; Track Tickets in customer as well as intern JIRA from Open through Resolution. Ensure operational excellence and SAL compliance for critical issue resolutions
Leadership, provide technical direction to sustaining TPM and also sustaining test engineering team
Hiring and retaining test engineer talents
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or above, major in engineering or relate
5+ years above in server/rack/storage/GPU industrial
5+ years of program or product management or related experience
Demonstrated Ability to work cross-functionally with customer, sales, engineering, manufacturing
Skilled in debugging and root cause analysis
Occasional Travel will be required.
