Walmart is hiring a Manager, Reverse Transformation, on-site in Bentonville, AR!
This role is designed for an individual contributor who is motivated by complex, purposeful challenges and has a keen interest in the recommerce and retail transformation space. If you have a background in product and/or project management, and you are looking for a challenging position in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this role could be a perfect fit for you. The manager of reverse transformation will lead our new initiative governance and project management efforts, partnering closely with our recommerce, product and operations partners.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.Outlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position.
