Job Overview:

Reporting to the Plant Manager at our St. Elmo, IL manufacturing facility, local producer of Mrs. Butterworth's and Log Cabin syrup, Wish-Bone and Bernstein's salad dressing, Open Pit and Hunt's barbeque sauce, and Orville Redenbacher Popcorn Topper, you will direct the Supply Chain functions of Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Warehousing and Transportation. You will be a liaison between the plant, and corporate logistics, customer service, manufacturing platform, and related brand and business teams in communicating and resolving issues related to service, scheduling, and deployment. You will be a Supply Chain liaison between our organization and customers

How Will You Affect Our Business?

  • Understand the end-to-end Supply Chain for us and our customers
  • Embrace a disciplined curiosity for why – challenging the status quo and looking for continuous improvement in Supply Chain practices
  • Guide a Supply Chain agenda with retail strategic customers
  • Lead customer interactions with leaders in Customer Replenishment, Supply Chain Services, Transportation, and Warehouse Operations
  • Enhance Supply Chain processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiencies
  • Manage Conagra's customer efficiency policies and programs
  • Manage supplier performance scorecards and indicators and provide development assistance
  • Analyze logistical deductions and nuisance fees
  • Provide leadership to address Supply Chain opportunities and collaborative efficiencies
  • Perform periodic Supply Chain business reviews with internal and external customers
  • Support Conagra Brands Sales teams on increasing sales and improving profitability
  • Lead/facilitate demand planning activities associated with major events, transitions, new and discontinued items
  • Analyze materials management data and logically deduce the intended outcome to support production plans using JIT philosophy and principles.
  • Participate in Plant Staff and Start Up Meetings.
  • Participate in plant Manufacturing Excellence activities.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or other relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience (Warehousing, Transportation, Customer Service, Sales and Operations Planning)
  • Experience with material management systems, Supply Scheduling, SAP production planning and WMS.
  • APICS Certification
  • Project Management Experience

Compensation:

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
