The role is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, evaluating and coordinating the implementation of Supply Chain Management starting from the procurement, storage and distribution of goods in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies with the aim of optimizing inventory levels and on-time delivery in accordance with company objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Procurement
- Organizing the process of procurement of goods both locally and abroad in accordance with applicable rules and standards with the aim of fulfilling the needs of all departments.
- Organizing the implementation of the Audit and Evaluation of Vendor work performance in accordance with quality and delivery time standards with the aim of fulfilling the needs of the entire company.
- Organizing the export import process coordinates with the relevant departments to ensure that user needs can be met.
- Ensuring the management of export-import documents is carried out in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
Sales Order Process
- Set the strategy for receiving customer orders, arrange production plans, manage inventory, resolve customer complaints with the fulfillment of demand for goods according to the quality and time requested by the customer.
PPIC
- Set the strategy for planning production processes and managing inventory according to applicable rules and procedures with the aim of providing the demand and quota requested by the customer.
Logistics
- Warehouse: Manage warehouse management strategies for storing raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and spare parts with the aim of maintaining the quality of stored goods and achieving optimal inventory levels.
- Shipping: Set the shipping strategy according to the standards set to ensure distributed goods safely to their destination.
Review and Revision of the Contract Agreement
- Evaluate and direct policies related to Contract Agreements with Vendors in accordance with applicable rules and policies with the aim of obtaining prices and quality of goods according to standards.
Review and Revision of SOP
- Evaluate and direct the process of revising the standard operating procedures applicable in the Supply Chain Department in the event of changes in work methods.
Compliance
- Ensure that all activities in the Supply Chain Department meet the specified standard requirements.
Reporting
- Develop a reporting strategy for the implementation of all activities in the Supply Chain Department according to the requirements of the specified standards.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Managerial experience in the manufacturing industry with a proven track record of success in supply chain operations.
- In-depth knowledge and exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations; demand planning and forecasting, inventory optimization, export import processes and compliances, procurement and customer service.
- Thorough understanding of cGMP requirements preferably with experience in a Pharma / regulated environment
- Skillful knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word Project, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in SAP or any other integrated ERP system required.
