Job Overview:

Position Summary...

The Manager for Health & Wellness Program Governance will work closely with the Director and Senior Manager to execute the governance framework for policies, procedures, and training. This Manager role is a process excellence leader who will provide comprehensive support to all Health & Wellness compliance business lines.

What you'll do...

  • Strengthen the H&W compliance program by enhancing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement changes to program processes, systems, and reporting to better support subject matter experts
  • Identify program gaps and proposing solutions
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships through strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive initiatives.
  • Effectively manage the life cycle of policies, procedures, and training in partnership with Health & Wellness Compliance subject matter experts and Global Governance stakeholders
  • Maintain an accurate and comprehensive inventory of policies, procedures, and training
  • Develop content for training and compliance communications
  • Recommend and implement process improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
