Position Summary...
The Manager for Health & Wellness Program Governance will work closely with the Director and Senior Manager to execute the governance framework for policies, procedures, and training. This Manager role is a process excellence leader who will provide comprehensive support to all Health & Wellness compliance business lines.What you'll do...
- Strengthen the H&W compliance program by enhancing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop and implement changes to program processes, systems, and reporting to better support subject matter experts
- Identify program gaps and proposing solutions
- Cultivate strategic partnerships through strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive initiatives.
- Effectively manage the life cycle of policies, procedures, and training in partnership with Health & Wellness Compliance subject matter experts and Global Governance stakeholders
- Maintain an accurate and comprehensive inventory of policies, procedures, and training
- Develop content for training and compliance communications
- Recommend and implement process improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
