Sales Manager- Individual contributor role for PanelBuilder pipe with Sales Experience of 8 Years in Switchgear/Power Products Offers

Schneider Electric a global leader in Energy Management and Automation space looking for Sales Manager role based out of Bangalore. The Sales Manager needs to be self motivated, results-driven, focused, collaborate with other pipes. Sales Engineer will be a individual contributor for sales growth. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. 

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in Panel builder Market. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the Panel builder Business area and contributes to the development of training for Key Account Management
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the Panel builder Client base market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

An Engineering Graduate preferably from Electrical with 7 to 10 years of Sales experience 
1. Strong communication • written and verbal along with Good listening skills to understand others view point and answer the technical queries raised by the Customer.
2. Competition Knowledge – Range of comparable products, market strategies etc.
3. Market Analysis: Understanding of Market Requirements, Customer profiling, identifying key value propositions for various customers of Panel Builder segments, competitor offerings and their strengths & weaknesses.
