Position Overview: 
We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales Operations to drive excellence in sales execution and support. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Sales, Business Development, Commercialization, Finance, Compliance, Information Technology and Legal to streamline and strengthen our sales operations capabilities.

You'll lead initiatives in incentive compensation, reporting and analytics, sales targeting and alignment, and strategic support to enhance performance across a growing and evolving portfolio. This is a high-impact role that shapes how our teams engage customers, pursue new opportunities, and achieve revenue goals.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance & Analytics
  • Monitor performance against annual goals by customer, product, and account manager
  • Track new item launches and customer acquisitions vs targets
  • Support sales forecasting efforts and demand planning
  • Create requirements and understand the data for dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
  • Pricing & Trade Analysis
  • Provide consultative insight through market and product knowledge
  • Conduct pricing and trade effectiveness analysis to support strategic growth
  • Sales Capabilities Strategy
  • Lead a collaborative effort to develop a Sales Capability roadmap (people, process and technology) including the value case for new investment 
  • Oversee global capability deployments and enhancements to align with business needs
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost system performance and adoption
  • Serve as the primary owner and strategist for the CRM system, driving adoption, optimization, and data integrity to enable sales performance, pipeline visibility, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
  • Act as primary point of contact for Commercial Operations support across assigned brands
  • Coordinate with IT, BIS, and Commercial teams to resolve data issues and enable new capabilities
  • Drive ad hoc analysis and special projects to uncover sales opportunities
  • Support data synchronization across platforms (e.g., 1WorldSYNC, Syndigo)
  • Foster collaboration with Sales, Pricing, and Marketing to optimize processes and tools
  • Oversee logistics and materials for trade shows and industry events

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years in Sales Operations or a related role
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool (D365 knowledge a plus)
  • Experience with Order Management tools and processes (D365 knowledge a plus)
  • Familiarity with data governance and enterprise systems
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
