Position Summary:

The Manager of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) will be a key contributor in the newly formed RGM function at Conair, reporting into the Director of RGM. The primary function of this role is to aid in the implementation of an RGM framework from which to drive in-market strategies designed to drive sustainable, profitable growth. The role will be entrepreneurial in nature and beyond developing strategies, a key responsibility will be the education of RGM across the organization with the goal of instilling it into everyday processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and update a framework and guidelines across RGM pillars: pricing strategy, product assortment, promotional effectiveness, and gross-to-net spend
  • Set up tools and processes for in-market optimization, including the training and continuous upskilling of HQ-based teams as well as local customer teams
  • Perform SWOT analyses by brand and category to engage Marketing on short- or long-term strategies
  • Organize conversations and gain alignment between functions (especially Marketing, Sales, Finance) on next-step actions/studies needed to implement recommendations (e.g., consumer research, customer sell-in stories)
  • Provide ad hoc support for high-priority customer teams to help them meet and exceed budgeted financial targets
  • Analyze (P&L) spending across customers to identify inefficiencies and work with respective stakeholders to optimize trade dollars
  • Conduct promotional performance analyses to evaluate incremental lift and return on investment (ROI), identifying high- and low-performing events. Collaborate with customer teams to develop optimized promotional strategies with respect to financial goals
  • Collaborate with the Analytics COE to develop dashboard views intended to track KPIs relating to the RGM pillars

Skills to Succeed:
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Sales Finance, or Sales Analytics
  • Familiarity with Customer and/or Brand P&Ls
  • Understanding of trade spend dynamics (off-invoice allowances, promotional spend)
  • Exposure to Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems
  • Promotional measurement experience (incremental sales, ROI)
  • Extensive experience working with Circana (IRI/NPD) or Nielsen data sets and their operating platforms
  • Proven experience managing complex data sets and translating insights into business actions
  • Advanced writing and communication skills; able to interact with, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional and senior team leaders
  • Experience working in the Beauty/Personal Care industry a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Extensive use of manipulating and subsequently analyzing data in Excel
  • Crafting logical cause-and-effect stories in Powerpoint, backed by data
  • Fluency utilizing data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, etc)
Environmental Factors:
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
  • This role requires on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
