Manage current and forecast real estate projects by developing, prioritizing, and coordinating project work plans; supporting the review of proposed projects; ensuring project objectives are aligned with overall program goals; forecasting and managing internal and external project resources.
Assist with the management of cross-functional projects by managing key project components (for example, work stream alignment, timeline management, status reports, external deliverables) under the direction of project attorneys and senior leadership; updating and distributing project status reports and deliverables; and providing input on project readiness.

You have a strong working knowledge of real estate transactions.

You’re familiar with document creation and retention, and proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software frequently used in report development.
You’re organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and able to hold project contributors accountable.
You’re able to manage multiple complex initiatives and projects at the project level by developing and communicating project plans and schedules to teams and stakeholders to support established objectives; and communicating and adhering to project management standards and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
