Position Summary:

The project manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects that drive product development, process improvements, and operational efficiencies. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams—including R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams—to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects related to new product development, process optimization, and strategic initiatives for the ZeptoMetrix portfolio.
Implement and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Define project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and status reports to ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
Track project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and ensuring alignment across all involved teams.
Support regulatory and quality requirements related to product development and commercialization.
Use of project management tools such as MS Project, Value stream mapping to identify waste and areas for improvement or streamlining.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
PMP certification preferred

Experience:

4+ years of project management experience in a regulated industry, or 2 years of project management experience and 2+ years of experience in the IVD industry.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing, and quality processes in a regulated environment.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, efficiently works under pressure, within deadlines or other essential time constraints.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate to all levels of the organization.
Strong work ethic and an ability to excel within a rapidly changing and growing organization.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $85,000-$115,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
Annual-Incentive Plan (AIP): 10%
